Instructional Leadership Development Training is designed for school and district leaders. During up-to four days of onsite training throughout the school year, leaders will learn how to do the following and more:

• Build capacity among entire staff
• Drive change and success in schools
• Make consensus decisions
• Create staff buy-in and ownership
• Establish effective Professional Learning Communities
• Develop collaborative conversations among staff
• Use effective observations and walk-throughs with an emphasis on growth
• Deal with difficult teachers
