School Improvement Network Offers Ohio Educators the Latest Common Core Implementation Resources to Boost Teacher Effectiveness

SALT LAKE CITY—April 17, 2014—School Improvement Network, the leader in educator effectiveness resources, today announced four resources for all Ohio educators to help implement the Common Core State Standards to boost educator effectiveness and student mastery.

“To have a real impact on educator effectiveness and student achievement, educators must have the tools and resources they need to implement the Common Core State Standards with fidelity,” said Chet D. Linton, CEO and president of School Improvement Network. “Our resources are designed to help educators understand the Common Core Standards and how to effectively use them to help drive students to mastery and college and career readiness.”

These resources include a Common Core map showing how the standards build on one another from year to year, video footage of the Common Core State Standards being taught, Common Core-aligned lesson plans, and a case study showing a successful Common Core implementation in an Ohio school district.

These resources are available to all educators as part of the Educator Effectiveness System, a web-based, on-demand platform that delivers professional learning resources to any educator, anytime, anywhere. The Educator Effectiveness System is expansive enough to cover every situation educators face, yet flexible enough to customize to individual needs.
