SALT LAKE CITY—Jan. 23, 2014—School Improvement Network, the leader in educator effectiveness resources, today announced that the LumiBook app was named by eSchool News as one of the top 10 best Apple and Android apps for education in 2014. LumiBook is a dynamic e-reading platform that allows readers to view video, download and upload files, and comment with peers and the author in real time, creating both a collaborative and interactive experience.

“We are very pleased that the LumiBook app was named among the 10 best Apple and Android apps for education in 2014,” said Chet D. Linton, CEO and president of School Improvement Network. “LumiBook moves far beyond the static e-reader experiences into something dynamic and interactive that changes as real educators and LumiBook authors collaborate in real time, continually refining the text into the most salient, rich information educators need to improve their practice and meaningfully impact students.”
